SHIPPING & RETURNS

RETURNS POLICY

You will have 14 days to return any Renew products purchased. 

The 14 days is from the day you received the Products.

Any Renew Products can only be returned if the box is unopened and security seals are intact. Due to the nature of the products we no not accept returns if the box seals are broken or tampered with, they will need to be in the same condition you received them, and in the same packaging. 

You will have to cover any cost to return any Products, we suggest using a signed for delivery service for proof of postage.
We cannot be eligible for any loss or damage upon return and will not accept any collagen boxes if the seals are broken. 

To be eligible for a refund, any Products that You return must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. The Products must also be returned in their original packaging.

Delivery

All orders will be sent out next day delivery using DPD

Orders placed after 4pm will be dispatched the next day, after 4pm on a Friday will be sent out the following working day (Monday) and Bank holidays orders will be processed the next working day. 

During busy periods there can be delays, but we will always aim to get the order out the same day.
